We require a deposit to hold boarding reservations around major holidays.

The deposit fee will be equivalent to half of the boarding fee for the time reserved and may be paid by phone or in person. Deposits will be applied to the boarding bill upon admission and will be refunded if the reservation is canceled at least 2 days before the scheduled admission date, and half of the deposit will be refunded if the reservation is canceled at least 1 full day prior. Refunds will not be given for reservations that are canceled less than 1 full day in advance of the scheduled admission date or for no-shows. Holiday deposit fees must be paid in full two weeks prior to the holiday to hold the reservation; if the fee has not been paid by then, the reservation will be canceled. The goal of this new policy is to help us better accommodate those who are on the waiting list for boarding during busy times.

  • New Year's Day
  • Easter
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving
  • Christmas
