Your Pet's First Visit

It can take time to check-in at your pet's first boarding or grooming appointment, so we've put together a list of resources to help you prepare.

At your pet's first appointment, our staff will gather information about your pet's background, health, diet, and handling/training. Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your pet's appointment. If you have not filled out the forms ahead of time, please arrive 30 minutes early.

Before Your First Appointment
  1. Complete all Forms prior to your first visit.
  2. Assemble and be sure to bring all the proper items with you:
    • Your pet's vaccine records
    • Any existing medical history
    • A list of current medications and supplements
    • Current feeding schedule and their food.
    • A list of questions you have for our staff
  3. If you're bringing in your dog, be sure he or she is on a short leash.
  4. If you're bringing a cat, please bring them in a proper carrier.
  5. Feel free to bring your pet's favorite treats to keep them happy and distracted!
  6. We ask that you limit the amount of personal belongings for boarding. We will permit up to 3 toys. Bedding is permitted for pets with orthopedic or medical issues.

"Excellent experiences every visit!! Love the staff!! Staff very helpful, compassionate and caring of all animal needs and care!!"
